Booking Terms & Conditions – Le Passage
1. Purpose
These booking terms and conditions govern the reservation and stay at Le Passage accommodations, located in Saint-Pierre-d’Entremont (73670), France.
2. Booking
Bookings can be made:
- directly on the website via the booking module, or
- upon request via our contact page (group stays / privatization / special requests).
A booking is only considered confirmed once the required payment has been validated (deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking).
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included), excluding tourist tax (if applicable).
Prices may vary depending on the period, duration, and type of accommodation.
4. Payment / Deposit
Payment is made online via secure payment (Paylib or equivalent).
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided at the time of booking.
5. Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for all bookings to ensure the accommodation is returned in proper condition.
Amount
The security deposit is set at €1,000.
Terms
The deposit is secured via a credit card hold. A payment method may be requested prior to arrival (or at the time of booking).
No amount will be charged unless justified under the conditions below.
Possible deductions
The deposit may be used to cover:
- damage, breakage, loss or deterioration of the accommodation, furniture or equipment,
- missing items (inventory discrepancies),
- repair or restoration costs,
- additional cleaning fees if the accommodation is returned in an unacceptable condition.
Procedure
In case of damage or non-compliance, the owner will inform the guest in writing and may provide supporting evidence (photos, inventory, quotes or invoices).
Any deducted amount will be strictly proportional to the actual damage and repair costs, up to €1,000.
Release of the deposit
If no issue is identified, the deposit is automatically released after standard checks.
Limitations
The security deposit does not limit the owner’s right to claim additional compensation if damages exceed €1,000, upon presentation of supporting documents.
6. Cancellation / Modification
Any cancellation or modification request must be made in writing (email).
Cancellation policy:

In case of no-show, early departure or late cancellation, no refund will be granted except in exceptional circumstances.
7. Arrival / Departure
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM
- Check-out: no later than 10:00 AM
Late arrivals, self check-in, late departures or special requests may be possible upon prior request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
8. Capacity and occupancy
The maximum number of guests specified for each accommodation must be respected.
Any unauthorized over-occupancy may result in refusal of access, termination of the stay, or additional charges.
9. House Rules – respect of the property
All accommodations are non-smoking.
Parties, events and noise disturbances are not permitted. Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
Guests agree to use the property responsibly and to return it in a proper condition.
10. Pets

11. Cleaning, linen and condition
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Cleaning is [included / additional depending on the accommodation].
Before departure, guests are required to:
- tidy up the accommodation,
- leave used bed linen on the beds,
- return the accommodation in a normal condition of use.
12. Liability / Insurance
Le Passage shall not be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
Guests are advised to have liability insurance covering potential damages.
13. Personal Data
Data collected during booking and via the contact form is used solely for managing the stay and customer relations.

14. Mediation and disputes
In case of dispute, guests are encouraged to contact Le Passage to seek an amicable solution.
Failing that, disputes will be governed by French law and submitted to the competent courts.
