House Rules

These house rules define the conditions of occupancy and proper use of the accommodation for the entire duration of the stay.
Any booking implies full acceptance of these rules.

1. Occupancy of the accommodation

The property is rented as a furnished holiday accommodation, for temporary lodging purposes only.

The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the persons declared at the time of booking.

The maximum number of occupants stated in the listing and booking confirmation must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

Any undeclared person (visitor, guest, third party) must receive prior written approval from the owner or their representative.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Any violation may result in additional cleaning or restoration charges.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

2. Noise and neighborhood respect

The accommodation is located in a quiet, year-round residential environment.

Guests agree to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood at all times.

Noise is strictly prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Parties, events, gatherings, or loud activities are strictly forbidden.

In case of complaints or disturbance:

an intervention may take place,
the stay may be terminated without compensation,
additional charges may be applied.

3. Pets

Pets are:

[allowed / not allowed / allowed upon prior request] depending on the accommodation.

When permitted:

they must be kept under control,
they are not allowed on beds, sofas or textile furnishings,
they must not be left alone in the accommodation.

Any damage, disturbance or additional cleaning caused by pets may be charged.

4. Use of spa / hot tub / wellness facilities (if applicable)

Access to wellness facilities is strictly reserved for registered guests.

Use is entirely at the guest’s own responsibility.

Children must be supervised at all times.

All hygiene and safety instructions must be strictly followed.

Access is prohibited in case of excessive alcohol consumption or unsafe behavior.

The owner declines all responsibility in case of accidents resulting from improper use.
Any misuse may result in immediate suspension of access to the facilities.

5. Condition of the accommodation – Damages

The accommodation is provided in good condition, clean and fully functional.

Guests agree to use it in a respectful and appropriate manner.

Any damage, breakage or malfunction must be reported immediately.

Repairs resulting from misuse or negligence will be charged to the guest.

In case of significant damage, part or all of the security deposit may be retained, and additional charges may apply.

6. Cleaning and departure

End-of-stay cleaning is included or charged depending on the booking conditions.

However, the accommodation must be returned in a normal condition of use, including:

clean and stored dishes,
bins emptied,
furniture and equipment returned to their original place,
compliance with any specific instructions provided.

Excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.

7. Liability and insurance

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or by persons accompanying them.

Guests are advised to hold liability insurance covering rental and personal damages.

The owner declines all responsibility in case of:

loss, theft or damage to personal belongings,
accidents resulting from improper use of the accommodation or its facilities.

8. Non-compliance with the rules

Failure to comply with these rules may result in:

immediate termination of the stay,
loss of payments made,
retention of the security deposit,
and, where applicable, legal action.

9. Acceptance

Booking the accommodation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these house rules.
