Booking / Rates
How can I book a stay at Le Passage?
Bookings are made directly on our website, from each accommodation page, in the Booking section (dates, number of guests, availability).
For specific requests (group stays, privatization, tailor-made stays), feel free to contact us.

Payment is made online by credit card via Stripe, using a secure system.
Is a deposit required?
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay.
Is a security deposit required?
A €1,000 security deposit is required in the form of a card pre-authorization via Stripe.
This is not a charge: no amount is debited.
This authorization is automatically released a few days after your departure, provided no damage is identified.
Is cleaning included in the price?
Cleaning is included in the rental price.
You are simply asked to leave the accommodation in a normal condition (dishes put away, bins emptied).
What additional fees may apply?
The price of your stay includes the essentials (accommodation, linen, cleaning).
However, certain fees may apply depending on your situation or choices:
- Tourist tax: automatically calculated during booking, according to local regulations,
- Pets: €20 per stay per animal (upon prior request),
- Late arrival or late departure: possible upon request, subject to availability,
- Fees related to damage or non-compliance with the rules: deducted from the deposit if necessary.
In all cases, any additional fees are clearly indicated before booking confirmation or communicated transparently.
Can multiple apartments be booked at the same time (up to 15 guests)?
Yes. To book several accommodations simultaneously (up to 15 people), please use the dedicated page:

Yes. Privatization is possible depending on dates and availability. Please contact us via the page:
Group bookingCan I book without paying immediately?
To confirm a booking, a security deposit (pre-authorization) is required, as well as the deposit payment.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss before confirming, feel free to contact us.

Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival.
Between 14 and 7 days before arrival, the deposit is retained.
Less than 7 days before arrival, the full stay is due.
Check-in / Check-out
What time is check-in?
Check-in is possible from 5:00 PM.
If you would like to arrive earlier or at a specific time, please feel free to contact us: depending on availability, a solution may be arranged. Additional fees may apply.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest.
If you have a specific constraint, feel free to contact us: a later departure may sometimes be possible, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

As a general rule, we prefer to welcome guests in person whenever possible.
In the case of a late or autonomous arrival, a secure key box is available.
The code will be sent to you by email 2 days before your arrival.

Yes, a late arrival is possible upon prior request.
Please contact us in advance so that we can organize your welcome as smoothly as possible (or self check-in if needed).

As this option depends on operational constraints (cleaning, next arrival), additional fees may apply.

How can I get to Le Passage?
All access information is available on our Contact page, including a map and directions to easily reach the accommodation.
View map & directionsIs there parking on site or nearby?
You can drop off your belongings in front of the house to make your arrival easier.
Parking is then available in public spaces in the village, in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
Is access easy in winter?
Yes, access is generally easy: main roads are cleared during winter.
However, we recommend that you check the weather and adapt your driving accordingly: the Chartreuse is a mountain area where conditions can change quickly.
Do I need winter equipment?
Yes, depending on the season: the area is subject to the Mountain Law.
During winter, it is recommended (and sometimes mandatory depending on conditions and regulations) to have appropriate equipment: winter or certified all-season tires, or chains / snow socks.
As a precaution, we recommend traveling with proper equipment, even if the roads are cleared.
What is the nearest train station?
The nearest train stations are:
- Chambéry – Challes-les-Eaux: about 52 minutes
- Grenoble: about 54 minutes
- Voiron: about 45 minutes
- Lyon: about 2 hours
From these stations, you can then reach Saint-Pierre-d’Entremont by car or public transport (depending on routes and seasons).
Can I reach the village by public transport?
Yes. It is possible to reach Saint-Pierre-d’Entremont by bus, especially from Chambéry via the S04 line.

We recommend checking schedules before your departure (they may vary depending on the season).

Yes. Public charging stations are available in the village square parking area (Isère side), very close to the accommodation.
Kitchen / Amenities
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. Each accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen, designed to make cooking easy during your stay.
You will find, among other things:
- cooktop
- oven
- microwave
- refrigerator
- kettle
- toaster
- pod coffee machine
- cookware (pots, pans, utensils)
- dishes adapted to the accommodation’s capacity
Is there a dishwasher?
Yes, the apartments are equipped with a dishwasher, except for the studio La Borne 31.
Is there a coffee machine (Nespresso / filter)?
Yes. Each apartment has a pod coffee machine.
Is there an oven / microwave?
Yes. Each accommodation is equipped with an oven and a microwave.
Is there enough tableware?
Yes. Tableware is provided in sufficient quantity, adapted to the maximum number of guests for each accommodation.
Is there a washing machine / dryer?
Yes. A shared laundry area is available with a washing machine and dryer, accessible to all accommodations.
Is baby equipment available (travel cot, high chair)?
Yes. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair) can be provided upon request.

Are bed linens provided?
Yes. Bed linens are provided and beds are made upon your arrival.
Are towels provided?
Yes. Towels are provided.
Is cleaning included?
Cleaning is included in the rental price.
You are simply asked to leave the accommodation in a normal condition (dishes put away, bins emptied).
Are cleaning products available on site?
Yes. Basic cleaning products and equipment are provided on site.
What should we do before leaving?
Before your departure, we kindly ask you to:
- tidy up the apartment and leave it in a reasonable condition,
- remove the bed linens and leave them on the bed.
The rest will be taken care of by us.
Accommodation / House Rules
Are the accommodations non-smoking?
Yes. All accommodations are strictly non-smoking.
However, smoking is allowed outside, with respect for the property and the neighborhood.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. Le Passage is a calm place, respectful of the surrounding neighborhood.
Parties, noisy gatherings, or undeclared events are not allowed.
Is the accommodation suitable for remote work?
Yes. The accommodations are equipped with high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, allowing comfortable remote work.
How are the accommodations heated?
All accommodations are equipped with central heating, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the year.
The apartments Le Dauphin and Le Duc also feature a wood stove, creating a warm atmosphere in winter.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed upon prior request.
A fee of €20 per stay and per pet applies.
Please respect the following rules:
- pets must be clean and accustomed to indoor living,
- they must not be left alone in the accommodation for extended periods,
- they are not allowed on beds or sofas,
- please clean up after them around the property.
In case of non-compliance or damage, additional fees may be charged or deducted from the deposit.

Yes. The accommodations are suitable for family stays.
Baby equipment can be provided upon request (travel cot, high chair).
Can we have visitors during our stay?
Occasional visitors are tolerated, provided that the property, neighborhood, and maximum occupancy limits are respected.
Overnight stays of undeclared guests are not allowed.
